Kiara Advani, Shankar Mahadevan to perform at opening ceremony of Women’s Premier League 2023

Women cricketers from around the world are gearing up for the first ever Women's Premier League, a T20 franchise league. The opening ceremony is scheduled for March 4 and actress Kiara Advani is all set to set the scene on fire with a performance at the grand ceremony of WPL 2023. The WPL anthem will also be sung by Shankar Mahadevan during the celebrations.

The league will begin on March 4 in Mumbai and the first match will be played between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Giants.

According to a report, the Shershaah actress will perform the best Bollywood songs and give the audience an exciting opening act.

On the work front, Advani will be seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha and RC 15 which are slated to release next year. Satyaprem Ki Katha is a musical-romantic drama directed by Sameer Vidwans and will also star Kartik Aaryan. The film will hit theaters on June 29, 2023.
